Rose is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) with a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling. Rose is passionate about helping individuals build self-esteem, cultivate a sense of security, and find balance in their lives. She believes that every person has the innate capacity for growth and the potential to lead a fulfilling, meaningful life. Her mission is to support and empower clients as they work toward personal growth and achieving their goals.

Rose is passionate about helping people find their path and feel secure in their identity. Much of her work has focused on life transitions such as relationship development, divorce, grief, career, education, and identity development (which includes exploration of religion, race, sexuality and gender). She also has clinical experience working with both teens and adults facing depression, anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem, trauma history, and self-harm.

She aims to tailor each session to the individual’s unique needs, emphasizing collaboration and open communication. Rose values the therapeutic relationship as a space where clients can safely explore their inner world, set meaningful goals, and take steps toward lasting change.
