Karis earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Religion from Baylor University in 2024. She is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Counseling at Dallas Theological Seminary.

Karis is passionate about helping clients build self-esteem and navigate life transitions, anxiety, and depression. She believes that growth and healing can come from a collaborative, safe, and secure therapeutic relationship and she desires to offer this to each client.

Centered in an integrative cognitive-behavioral approach, Karis seeks to help clients build healthy thought patterns and healthy coping skills to support lasting healing and growth.
