Kyra is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) who earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Houston Christian University. She previously graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Sociology.
She is passionate about supporting teens, young adults, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. Her clinical experience includes working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-harm, as well as those processing grief and loss. When requested, she also provides Christian-based counseling and integrates faith into the therapeutic process.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Person-Centered principles, emphasizing empathy, safety, and collaboration. She tailors each session to meet the unique goals of her clients and strives to create an environment where they feel genuinely heard, valued, and supported.
Kyra believes that no one has to walk through difficult seasons alone and considers it an honor to come alongside her clients as they grow, heal, and discover new possibilities for their lives.
